Beautiful place. Perfect location. Would definitely stay again

This house was absolutely perfect for your family of 7. Technically it’s 4 bedrooms, with just one bedroom not having an ensuite which wasn’t an issue for us at all. It was in the most perfect location, I was able to walk to town every morning and good coffee spots less than 10 minutes walk away. Amazing view and Kona Coast were amazing at communicating. Would 100% stay again if coming back to Kona. No faults.

We absolutely loved our 10 days in this house. I wish we could have stayed longer. Let's start with the best thing: the view. It is breathtaking every time you walk out back. We spent hours outside on the lanai. From the moment we walked in, we knew we had made the right choice. With 5 adults, there was more than enough room for all of us in the house. We liked the neighborhood a lot. Easy walk into town and to nearby restaurants. Easy walk to keiki beach to enjoy some time in the water. The kitchen was more than stocked with everything we could need. I also appreciate that they called to check in on us after our first night. To make sure everything was as expected. I cannot recommend this house enough.

5 stars all around for this property. The listing is already wow-worthy but when you enter (even beginning with the neighborhood and driveway) everything is jaw dropping. Very spacious, amazing views in everything direction. Kitchen is super well stocked for anything you want to create in your time. Convenient location within central Kona. Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys all available for the beach. Easy to work with the concierge with any issues (only issue we had was door code and got ahold of them in under 2 minutes.) would absolutely stay again!
