What an incredible rental! The Fairways at Mauna Lani made the perfect home base for our Big Island stay. It’s ideally located—just 8 miles from Kauna‘oa Beach and 2.5 miles from 49 Black Sand Beach. Also, the access card to the Mauna Lani Beach Club was a great amenity as the private beach was a great swimming spot and the grounds offered access to the Manoku Fishponds that provided amazing sunsets. Speaking of gorgeous sunsets, so many sunset hotspots were less than a five-minute drive away, but on nights we stayed in, the peek-a-boo sunset view from the master bedroom lanai was a treat. The pool was clean and inviting, and Unit 1101 itself was spotless. We loved the thoughtful extras—beach towels, chairs, an ice chest, and even a boogie board. I’m still missing that master bedroom and lanai! We slept with the blinds open so we could wake up to the soft natural light at daybreak. Kona Vacations were readily available and the communication leading up to check-in was on point! Will be booking with them again soon!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, beautiful and had literally everything we could possibly need. The pool was amazing and the beach access was wonderful. I’d love to go back to this condo again soon!

It was amazing!! Great location, townhouse was great, everything we needed was there and a great pool, 30 second walk from the townhouse .

It was a fabulous place and we loved it but only problem we had with mattresses, upstairs primary mattress has low swell spot in the middle this create back pain for elders. Same as sofa sleeper mattress, also there’s low swell spot but was better than master bed so parents stayed in sleeper sofa and kid stayed in mater since he is little. Quiet, very nice place no doubt, loved the place!

Great condo we really enjoyed our stay. Here are a few suggestions the condo needs more silverware especially forks. It also needs more tupperware with lids, better pillows for the beds (they were all huge and we had to use pillows from the couch).

Wonderful Condo. We went with older sibling who had some walking issues so it was nice having a downstairs bedroom for her.
