THANK YOU for an amazing place to stay on the Big Island. The condo building is amazing. People were very nice that we met while there. The HOA takes very good care of the common areas, which is important. The view from the lanai was spectacular. We saw a whale, a pod of dolphins, and a sea turtle having a nap on the rocks during our stay. The condo was stocked with the right amenities, which was appreciated. Things like saran wrap, tin foil, and some oil was greatly appreciated. We had such a great time that we have already booked for next year. We also had one minor issue with the TV while we were there. Your staff were on it and we got it fixed quickly. Thank you for that. Top notch service. This is why it is our plan to return to this unit yearly. Location, amenities, and top notch service will keep us coming back. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Can't wait to see you next year!

Tho condo was perfect for 2 of us. It was clean, quiet, right on the ocean. We could easily walk to restaurants, bars and beaches as well as a grocery store, farm markets and fish market. The Kona coast staff were responsive and very helpful when we had questions. We are already booked for next year!

We totally enjoyed the stay at the condo on the beach but neighbors inconsiderate allowing doors to slam loudly and talking loudly early in the morning.

As advertised it was on the Ocean with a great view and big pool.

We liked the location. The price was right. Many necessities plus more were provided. Some quality updates and decor could make this very basic condo so much nicer. We enjoyed our stay.

We are just getting ready to checkout and sad to leave. We enjoyed the property very much. Comfy bed, nice furnishings inside and out and all the kitchen amenities you need. Also, a very short walk from all kinds of restaurants. We intend to return here in the future.
