Clean, comfortable, well-equipped. Very nice pool. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

What a beautiful place to stay. Perfect location for someone not wanting to be in the crowds…. Yet only a 6 minute walk to basically everything. Condos are quiet. Great pool. I would definitely recommend this place.

This has been a repeat for us with Kona Coast Vacations and neither was a disappointment! KP E630 had an ocean view, great sunset. Very close to town but on a quiet road. There were beach supplies-nice sized cooler, umbrellas. The beach chair needed to be replaced. The kitchen had all of the dishes needed, the coffee filters and tea bags were a nice surprise. The AC in the living room did little to cool and was noisy. The ceiling fans were nice for helping to cool. It would have been nice if we could have adjusted the speed of the one over the bed. The keypad entry is awesome, nice to not have a key! We would stay here again.

Excellent check-in instructions and assistance offered to reserve activities. Property was immaculate. Lights, ceiling fans and a/c were on when we arrived at night. Very well equipped kitchen, bathrooms
