Great location, with a beautiful view. My husband and I stayed here for 11 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The lanai was perfect, we sat out there every night we could to watch the sunset. One of the a/c’s stopped working while we were there, I contacted the host and the a/c was replaced by the next morning. We were impressed by the quick response and how they handled the situation. The location is just far enough away from downtown Kona that you don’t get the road noise and heavy traffic, but still convenient to shops and other activities. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Across one of the best snorkeling and surfing beach the penthouse was perfect - everything was well kept up and extra beach items available. Could not ask for better!

Highly recommend not only the resort but Kona Coast rentals who are VERY organized and communicate well. Love the app and all the emails in advance as well as the house guide. We had an issue while we were there during our stay and they were fantastic.The property looks just like the pictures. We loved the kitchen/living/lanai. Fantastic view to watch surfers and peaceful waves. Watched sunset from the beach across the street but it was still gorgeous from our patio. Bathrooms and bedroom carpet are a little dated but we were happy regardless. Lots of windows and great parking. Elevator! If you snorkel you’ll live the location even more. Easy 4-mile drive to town. Or there’s a bus at the end of the driveway. We didn’t want to be right in town. Would definitely stay here again
