We loved this property, which is obviously well maintained and cared for. The extra touches like towels, beach gear, etc were very much appreciated.

Was good place to stay for Ironman week although be aware on race day that Alii Drive gets locked down for most of race day. Seemed very expensive but Ironman week seemed to be expensive everywhere. Nice facilities, nice quiet pool, kitchen and bathrooms seemed quite new and modern.

Beautiful place with amazing views of the ocean. The place had everything we needed and was so comfortable! Communication was excellent as well. Will definitely stay here again!!!

I would like to take a moment to tell you about our trip. Alii Villas 228 could not be beat. It was clean, beautiful and so comfortable. We watched the sunset every night on the balcony with the most perfect view. We will definitely return and will recommend to all our friends and family. I will certainly give a five star rating on social media. We had the best vacation ever thanks to Kona Coast Vacations and Alii Villas 228.  

While we do look for places with a capacity of 12 family members, the Alli Village was very nice. Everyone had lovely condo facility. the pool was wonderful, and the location was great. We only wish the big island had more convenient and less expensive sandy beaches to enjoy. This place was very nice and staff accommodating for questions asked. Thank you.
