Kona Coast Vacations customer service is a 5 star. Our unit was a bit tired and had a few minor issues that the KCV team took care of for us - they provided excellent service during our stay.

TYhe unit, hali kai o kona, was great. the view was wonderful. The beaches, snorkeling, food was terrific. The complaint we have is that due to the weather in Kona the weekend of March 14, our flight to Kona was delayed two days. So, we lost two of our seven day stay. We asked for a refund for the two days/nights from you folks. Your mangement representative abruptly said: "Sorry! You are out of luck We do not refund for weather issues." No "Aloha Spirit" from management.

Absolutely loved the condo, already planning on coming back and staying there again. The attention we received from Kona Coast Vacations was great! And seeing a whale breach from our lanai was a bonus!

Amazing location they did have an appraisal but they gave us plenty of time and we’re super nice about it. I think they even refunded us $100 because of it but we had a wonderful time and your team was awesome.
