View and location of the apartment are wonderful: you can hear the waves in your sleep. Decorated with a lot of taste and excellent materials, the place is equipped with everything you need for a great holiday: boogie-boards, snorkeling gear and beach chairs plus beach towles. Great! In the kitchen there is every kitchen utensil and gadget you can think off available - a veritable gourmet kitchen. It feels more like a home, than a flat for rent. The garden and pool are immaculately cared for, parking is right in front of the building. We would certainly like to come back and can highly recommend the apartment. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The view of the water from the lanai is spectacular; we enjoyed having breakfast (and even grilling for dinner with the grill tools provided) with sunset views! The condo is very well maintained, with a great kitchen and very clear instructions for all of the appliances around the house and in a guidebook. We enjoyed being able to use the condo's pool, and a great bonus was having beach towels, chairs, and snorkel gear provided for the beach that was only 3 minutes away!

We had a wonderful time on our trip and our vacation condo was beautiful. We had breakfast every morning overlooking the ocean and it was breathtaking. Kona Coast Vacations was awesome in helping plan some of our activities and also great with addressing any problems that arose. Thanks so much!!!

The place was exactly described, if not better. From the second you step into the condo, you automatically feel at home. Careful thoughts and considerations were put into every details. Kitchen was fully equipped from everything you need to make a full meal to making a breakfast smoothie. Beds were comfortable and extra bedding readily available. Closet spaces were plenty and well thought out. Little details like ice packs (for coolers) and built in ceiling speakers throughout the place were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place and will no doubt book again on my return.

We liked this condo best of the three VRBOs we rented on different parts of the Big Island this trip -- finishes were high-end, it was the cleanest by far, best mattress(!), most convenient to shops, and falling asleep to the surf sounds was wonderful (vs our rental above Waipio Valley where the frogs made a deafening clamor ALL night!) Sometimes photos can mask wear and tear, but not in this case -- it was even better than the pics. Would book again in a minute even though it broke the budget -- if we had another 30th anniversary to celebrate!

You can look over the waves all day and night, watch sunsets and listen to the waves break right outside your door. Conveniently located near a shopping center with grocery stores, taprooms and restaurants. Located about 6 miles south of downtown Kona, just far away to be peaceful, yet close enough to be convenient. Walking distance to two beaches. The second floor condo itself is upgraded throughout, with shoji screens and wraparound lanai enhancing the open feel. Kitchen and baths are high end with thorough instructions. The owners have thought of everything.
