The location was great for day trips and a dip in the pool was a perfect way to end the day. If I had a negative to mention, it would be that late afternoons can be very warm inside the house as there is no AC or shades on the windws that face west. No problem for sleeping, though, as it cools off nicely once the sun went down. We would definitely come back. Great views of the ocean!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was awesome, the view of the ocean and sunsets fantastic. The home was reasonably close to shopping and amenities. The 3 bedroom 3 bath arrangement worked great for our situation (3 adult couples). Only issues were with intermittent hot water (which the management company was quick to deal with). The pool was awesome but was not really usable without a pool heater. Had it been heated we would have used it extensively. We look forward to returning to this property in the future.
