Wonderful place. We really enjoyed our stay.

Thank you to the home owner who opened up this fantastic home for us to enjoy! This house is amazing. It's so spacious and gorgeous that we didn't want to leave. It's well appointed and very well taken care of. The artwork is interesting and tasteful, wood floors are beautiful and we were thankful for the air conditioners. The pool and the hot tub were so wonderful we never even bothered to head to the beach. Don't pack a lot because you won't want to leave the house and the washer and dryer are super handy! The listing was accurate and the house was clean and well-maintained. Kona Coast Vacations was helpful the couple of times I called them to ask questions. We had no issues at all with this home and will definitely stay here again! We usually stay at the Fairmont Orchid so we aren't very familiar with this part of the island, but try Lava Java in Kailua-Kona. We enjoyed dining there a couple of times!

We stayed at this house with 3 other couples and it was amazing! We really liked how each bedroom had a private bath and all the bedrooms were very nice with great beds. The kitchen and dinning rooms were great for our group and the pool and hot tub were fantastic to hang out in, especially to watch the sunsets. A little bit of a drive to get to downtown Kona, but quite close to some of the ocean excursions. Kona Coast Vacations did a great job - the house was super clean when we got there and they were very responsive to the couple of questions/issues we had. More than worth the price - we would definitely stay here again.

Impression: Beautiful property, amazing views, and you might even have some quality whale watching! Review: This place was fantastic. The house itself is large, well cared for, and a great space for a large group in a quiet neighborhood. I stayed there for a week, and it was great to have a beautiful view of the sunset every night by the lighted pool. A huge kitchen and large rooms with private bathrooms and balconies made this an awesome place to stay with multiple couples. Tons of restaurants and the main drag by the beach are within a 5 minute drive. We took surfing lessons in town, had tons of great poke bowls, and on our last day could see whales splashing around while sitting by the pool. Highly recommended, great property in a great location. Review Details: Our stay at this home was exceptional. The layout of the house is such that there is no "bad room" - every member of your group will have a comfortable, spacious, and clean space to make their own for the trip. The views are unbeatable and the house is located in a perfect spot for getting easily down into town for ocean activities, restaurants, shopping, and more. Did I mention the views are unbeatable?! This is truly a postcard-worthy vacation home and I would recommend it ten times over to any friend, family member, acquaintance, or stranger. Dates of Stay: 2/21/17 to 2/28/17
