Wow, what a great house. We were all stunned by it. Best vacation ever. We really never wanted to leave it, so now we have to come back to explore the island! We had high hopes for this rental, and they were exceeded in every way. The pictures, if anything, make the house look smaller than it is. Our party of 7 had plenty of room. The property was in terrific condition, and having two fridges was sure helpful. Mary Lou and Gerry were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. They were also accomodating for our slightly early arrival. I wish I could post SOMETHING negative here, because I want this house to be available when we come back! Really, it was spectacular. The dolphins swam in front of the house on the last day, just icing on the cake. Thanks again

I just returned from a week stay at Villa Kai to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday. My friends and I spent the most relaxing, fabulously luxurious time at the house and thoroughly enjoyed not only the extensive amenities of this stunning house, but its proximity to the private lagoon and its walking distance to Kona itself. I really cannot say enough about how beautiful the house is and how wonderful our vacation was in a large part because we stayed here. I highly recommend this property for any vacation. That is if you want to relax and enjoy gazing at the ocean or swimming in it.

Our family is well travelled, and this was our second time renting this particular home, We returned becuase we have not been able to find anything in our travels that can compare. The photos do not due this property justice. The beach is a 2 min walk, and is perfect for kid's to swin, as it is in a protected bay, dinning, shopping, and all the activities you could ever ask for including deep sea fishing are all 5 to 10 min away by car. The community is gated and private. This property allows you to have as much activity as you can hanle in the surrounding area , while providing a private sanctuary for you and your family.
