We loved dining and relaxing by the infinity pool and taking in the local sights from this lovely, private and peaceful vantage point. We loved how three of the four bedrooms opened to the back patio and pool area. Our only challenges were getting the hot tub to heat and the shuffleboard table sanded despite repeated inquiries and attempts. We would return to this home in a flash! It was awesome!

You could not even tell we or anyone had been their since we left last November. We meet people who had been married next door and had admired the house from the drive. The weather was much better than our last trip. We Did more scuba diving. Diving with the Manta Rays... WOW!!! snorkling with Sharks :) Golfing, and of course the Volcano. Still planning on comming again next year. Lot's on the island we still want to do.. If you want a place your sure you be comforatable, Save, clean and cozy. This is the place. Please take good care of it too because we want to come back to the same great place we left.

The layout was great for our family. It is very open and you can see the pool from the main living area and from the kitchen making us as parents very comfortable always having our kids in our sight. The view is phenomenal and the landscaping rocks! This house was very well equipped and everything was in working order. Huge windows and very high ceilings give this home a really airy feel. What a great place to come home to after being at the beach or in town all day. We cooked at the outdoor kitchen area most evenings while watching the sunset. The management company was great to work with. No complaints at all. Great vacation!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a vacation with the family at the Io Way home this spring. We were completely blown away by the beauty, comfort, cleanliness, and magnificence of this home. It was everything we imagined it to be and more! Every day we enjoyed shuffleboard, bbqs, mornings with coffee on the patio, luxurious showers, spacious kitchen, evenings playing in the pool, amazing ocean views and the list goes on and on.... It was hard to leave the home, but when we did we were minutes away from downtown Kona where we could enjoy restaurants, shopping, night life and activities. Even with all of the action in Kona, it was so very hard to leave this house each day. Days spent lounging around just simply enjoying the home were the best days spent on the vacation. The landscaping alone is spectacular. We would recommend this rental to anyone looking to enjoy Kona and we are already looking to book our next vacation here soon! THANK YOU IO WAY! WE MISS YOU ALREADY!!!
