This was a wonderful vacation. It was my husband and I and my adult son. The beach just across the street was a amazing snorkeling spot. The street was a bit load however that didn't bother us. The only reason I gave 4 stars on the condo, is because it was warm. The air wasn't very cool in the unit. We didn't call about it, we just slept with the windows open. However it was warm in the back of the property. The bedroom my son was in. They were very helpful before arriving with reference to things to do, reservations to make in advance. I loved it. Would stay again.  

We loved the condo. It was right across the street from a fabulous snorkel spot. We enjoyed having our meals outside, unfortunately they were remodeling the condo beneath us & the noise was a bit overwhelming. Hammers, drill & saws at 7:00 am is a bit early but we made the best of it. The condo was comfortable for the six of us, 2 couples & the kids shared the room with the twin beds.

Our family vacation to the Big Island was incredible. Our 3 bedroom Kahalu’u Beach Villa home was a perfect fit for our group of six (2 kids, mom and dad, and grandparents)! The gorgeous property was spotless clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen and eating meals on the lanai with nice ocean views. Our kids spent a lot of time in the refreshing pool when we were not off on an adventure! We even got to BBQ one evening down by the pool and enjoyed the spa. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!! We had a wonderful week stay at this great condo, located directly across from Kahalu'u beach park, one of Kona's best snorkeling places. The condo was comfortable, spacious, clean and well provisioned with 4 adults and a one year old. Onsite parking was sufficient. The pool, hot tub and grounds were well cared for. Prior to my stay, David from the concierge service was helpful with several emails. I would definitely consider staying here again. The only drawback is the walk up, no problem for most adults but a bit of a challenge for the 90 year old with us. Date of Stay: 2/24/17 to 3/3/17
