This home was perfect, each room having king size beds, bathrooms and large TV's. The living area was very spacious and the house was well equipped as rentals go! I would return to this house if we return to the Big Island!

Do we really want to share this lovely vacation home with others? No! But that is not being fair to all the other travelers who might enjoy all the fabulous amenities this home has to offer. The best, of course, is the tranquility of the view over the beautiful infinity pool with it's two waterfalls. We spent many restful hours just watching the coastline and taking in the beautiful landscaping at this house and the neighboring ones. The salt water pool was well-maintained as was the hot tub, which we enjoyed every night. There is plenty of comfortable seating on the lanai. The home is beautifully built and appointed. We loved the traditional Hawaiian style architecture that allowed us to open the living room and bedrooms to the outside. Even though it was quite warm during our stay, the built-in and additional movable fans kept us very comfortable. The few issues we encountered were dealt with swiftly by the maintenance staff. The concierge service offered by Kona Coast Properties helped us with reservations and some other special needs. The Kona Coast is an excellent place to visit - we swam with manta rays and saw turtles on the beautiful beaches -- and this was the perfect vacation house. We hope to be back soon.

Great location with easy access to everything - make sure you check out the green sand beach at South Point while you're here. No problems just a couple questions and the management company was right on it to make sure our stay was as good as can be. I would come back in a heartbeat. The only bad thing was we had to leave.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a ten day stay with our extended family, 7 adults and 2 little ones. The house was as fabulous as advertised. A couple of nice extras were all the toiletries that were supplied for everyone and the lovely screen doors for the whole of the living room area and the master bedrooms. The screens gave us piece of mind, so our 2 year old could not run directly into the pool, the pool is a fabulous design with the in pool seating area. This space was a great play area for our little one. We had fabulous service from the management company, on Christmas Day we had a small issue and it was fixed by 9:30 am that morning by Josh. All very professional and pleasant, The showers are fabulous and the kitchen well supplied, barbecue was used daily. Oh, the view fabulous and the patio a great place to watch the sunset. We all enjoyed that there was plenty of room for us to be all together, plus space for privacy in the house. A great place and we were all very happy with our pick. One thing we might recommend is a seperate garbage container for recyclable bottles and pop cans. The neighbourhood was very quiet and pleasant and it was a quick drive to downtown Kona. Great place, fabulous vacation.

All 4 couples really loved living in this home, was very hard to leave after 12 nights. The home has everything that we required, I mean everything. We went shopping before moving in, we didn't need too purchase as many of the everyday items as we had to with other homes we have stayed in. We only eat out once, due to the home having everything we needed for simple BBQ meals to Gourmet meals. If we ever return to the big Island we will book this home again, not too far from all the action and much cooler being elevated. Just one recommendation for the owners, is the room with the 2 single beds, is a ceiling fan and some storage for clothing. As one of the couples had to live out of the suitcase. Besides this everything is perfect and highly recommend this house 100%!
