This place is great. The only hesitation I have is that it is in what seems like a retirement community with unfriendly neighbors, so if you stay here either be silent on the Lanai after 8 pm or risk having older people swear at you NYC style and file unnecessary noise complaints.

Location is perfect-you can walk to restaurants, shopping, small beaches and swimming. The condos are older but 524 was well maintained. Also, beach chairs, boogie boards , fins, and beach towels were in unit. Parking was the only drawback-very tight-do not rent a large vehicle.

It has everything you could need from beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, containers to take food to the beach or pool, and all the appliances are top of the line. It was very clean and there were extra linens, pillows and towels. The lanai is beautiful. The concierge, David, was amazing. He booked our excursions and gave us beach and restaurant recommendations that were great! The parking is a bit tight but we got a full size SUV in the spot. Would definitely get this condo again.

Place is in a good location for walking around the town , has private parking allocation which was good , clean rooms

We were totally impressed with the quality of our accommodation. It was beautifully clean, provided us the ability to eat in and relax and the information provided both before and on arrival was exceptional. It was close enough to everything we needed and completely suited our needs!
