This is the second time I have stayed at this location and I am planning to return in a year's time! This condo is newly furnished and has many new features. There are 2 Lanai's. The front Lanai has a spectacular, uninterrupted view of the ocean. The thundering crash of the waves is so soothing....There is also a Lanai off of the Master bedroom (on the upper loft) which looks onto the mountains. All appliances are quite new and there is wireless Sonos throughout the condo. The kitchen is well equipped. The King sized beds are very comfortable. Very quiet and private. It is located right in the centre of Kona. Restaurants and shopping only seconds away! This location is a place you want to come back to!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great condo. Perfect location. The unit has a great view of the ocean sunset. We just loved sitting on relaxing on the balcony to view the sunset. The unit is quiet and comfortable. Nicely updated

Whenever you see an ocean from the balcony photo you think is too good to be true, it usually is, BUT in this case the Kona Alii was far nicer than we dreamed it could be! Aside from admiring the professional operations, we were also pleasantly surprised the the pool was also really nice. We started each morning with laps in the pool, enjoyed our breakfast on that stunning balcony while listening to ukelele music from the cafe next door, and were stunned by the little exotic birds that joined us for breakfast. Kona was very hot while we were there and we really appreciated having air conditioning when we needed it, and I'm not going to lie, also the convenience of a Target store that was a few miles away. We are already planning to return to this lovely condo.
