This place was great! Loved the location right next to a great snorkeling beach. And the condo was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this place.

Great location just across from good snorkeling and surfing. Condo in excellent shape and grounds are very well kept. Nice small pool with view of ocean and well maintained. The condo kitchen had all necessary cooking utensils and great dishwasher. The lanai has wonderful view of the beach so you can watch the surfers. The shopping center with grocery store, Long’s drugs,movie theater and restaurants 5 minutes away is very convenient. Close to coffee and chocolate farms. A quick 10 minute drive to downtown Kona and all of its shops and restaurants is also a great feature. The street below is not noisy at night. It made for a wonderful family Christmas vacation.

Great place to stay, awesome communication and perfect for my first Kona trip!

We recently stayed at the Beach Villas, in #1-303, a 3-bedroom penthouse unit. There are several condos in one building and this one is really lovely, has an amazing view and is just right if you want to stay right across from the beach but not spend a fortune. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms were just right for our famly and the lanai was absolutely the best spot in the house! The kitchen was perfect for entertaining - we just set yummy fruit and mai tais out on the big bar and everyone helped themselves. Having a full washer and dryer was nice since it gave us the luxury of having dry towels every time. The location is perfect - close to town and easy drive to any part of the island. Best of all, when we were not in the mood to go to the beach areas, the pool was the perfect place to lounge. The cost was reasonable - in fact, staying at a hotel would have been 3x the price, and we got to grocery shop in the local markets and enjoy food without spending a fortune. We loved this spot and will definitely rent it again. I do think it's important which one you stay in since they are all owned by different people, managed by different property places, and each with different views, decor and layouts.

This is the third time we have stayed in this complex but first time in this unit and it was great. Lots of space, perfect views. This unit had lots of beach extras like snorkels and boogie boards. Only two minor issues: the twin beds in the one room are very short and not suitable for anyone over 5'2". And there were only 4 beach towels, two of which were very worn and significantly frayed.
