The home is designed well with 3 master bedrooms and the 4th bedroom was perfect for the youngest members of our group. The common areas are also perfect...great kitchen and family area, disappearing full glass walls opening up on the perfect pool and view. Location is also ideal. Just enough elevation to get away from the heat in Kona yet close enough for easy access around the island. Kona Coast Vacations is delightful to work with and very professional. They go out of their way to assure you are pleased and enjoying your vacation. We will be booking this home yearly...one of the best family vacation ever!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I brought my kids and their significant others for a week of Hawaii. This property was just like the pictures. The view, pool and hot and kitchen where amazing. House and yard was well kept and very clean. The only thing that would have made it better is if the pool was just a bit warmer. So we did spend more time in the hot tub. Also the BBQ needs some maintenance. The beach, stores and tours we took where only a 5 to 10 minute drive away. The Kona Concierge they provided us helped with all our questions about where to go and what to do. We would definitely book this place again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is absolutely gorgeous.Agreements, payment, rules, and check-in procedures were clear, thorough. You get what you pay for, and this home is vacation luxury. From the view, (which is epic), to the pool & its Jacuzzi, to the size of the home to the amenities, it's all worth it to have a fabulous stay. You can feel relax staying at the house all day reading by the pool. Every room, except 'the kids room" (2 twin beds), has its own full bathroom & tv. The kitchen was stocked with pantry basics for cooking. There was a rental bible with everything you needed to know about the house, activities etc. The town with beaches, restaurants & shops, are all just down the hill. The home was very well-maintained and clean. I spent a few days in it alone & felt safe & secure. The washing machine was not working the last day of the visit, a Sunday, but maintenance still responded to my email & promised to fix it next day. My only concern in renting this home in the future is that there is an empty lot across the street up for sale. I suggest asking in detail about the construction that may or may not be happening there. It's too bad. I hope, no one ever builds on those lots! Also, you must take your recycling to a center not too far from the house. So something to note, & not overlook.
