The process was seamless, and Chris was great about being flexible and letting me view multiple properties, since I live in the area. I would recommend anyone considering a visit to Kona to visit . We saw dolphin almost every day, lots of turtles every day. The complex is nice with a good hot tub and pool. The units are small but we were not there much. Excellent snorkelling on the beach just south of Kona Reef. Now back in the snow of Colorado.

We woke up every morning to surfers and turtles playing in the ocean. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away. The condo itself had everything you need, including a lot of great beach gear. There are a few improvements the condo owners could make: hooks on the lanai to hang up wet towels and swimsuits would be nice, more lighting in the living room and kitchen, and a fan to put in front of the lanai door to get the air moving so we wouldn't have to use the A/C so much. I highly recommend this condo, and would absolutely stay here again!
