I can’t rave about this place enough. It was so perfect in every way. The owners and managers take good care of the property and they make it feel like home. It was spacious and clean. They have A/C and it did wonders. I’m from Cali and the humidity was rough the first day in Kona.
They provide everything you’ll need and more for your stay.
Perfect location. We walked everywhere including our luau!
You must try Broke da mouth right down the street. The food is authentic and amazing. Shops and other food places were also in walking distance.

Super spacious with complete amenities including slow cooker, spices, iced tea maker, coffee beans grinder, snorkel gear, beach towels, beach umbrella. This is probably the airbnb with the most complete amenities I've stayed in!
Place was super clean. Nice bathrooms. Decors a bit outdated and parking a bit tight, but these are negligible.
David, the property manager, was responsive and helpful. They anticipate what their guests needs. Appreciate the binder with the local tips. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and the location is so convenient to the many restaurants and shops in Kailua-Kona. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

The only hesitation I have is that it is in what seems like a retirement community with unfriendly neighbors, so if you stay here either be silent on the Lanai after 8 pm or risk having older people swear at you NYC style and file unnecessary noise complaints.
