The condo itself has it all. Comfy beds, very convenient technology/computer/sound system and much much more. Walking distance to most things Kona. Great space, if there wasn’t so much to do outside it would be easy to stay in. Date of Stay: 12/12/17 to 12/17/17

This place is better than the pictures shown! By far, the best Air B&B I have had the chance to stay in... Took my 84 year old mother and wife and they absolutely loved every minute we spent at the property. Every detail you can think of has been thought out by the owner... Impeccable in appearance and amenities... The view is stunning... Access to downtown Kona just an elevator ride away... Pool and outdoor BBQ on ground floor are great... The complex residents are superb. They are friendly and treat you like family... This place should be rated 6 stars!!! The unit is right on the main street of Kailua-Kona (Ali'i Dr.) so you're in walking distance of all the restaurants, bars, and shops. There's no building directly across the street so the view from your balcony is all ocean. You even get a great view of the sunset since you're on the 7th floor (top floor of the building). Also, the balcony is fairly large and well furnished so you can really relax on the comfortable chairs while you take it all in. Or inside with air conditioning since the first level of the condo is wall to wall glass. Inside is well furnished with 3 comfortable chairs, a couch, and dinning table (4 chairs) in the main area. It's fairly spacious as our 2 year old took advantage of running around a lot. The kitchen is fully stocked (blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, measuring cups, etc.). There is a sound system throughout the place controlled by two ipods, i think. We didn't quite figure it out but when we turned it on it played Hawaiian music as default so we were happy. There is also a desktop computer. There is a second small patio out the door on the second level with beach equipment stored there. The second level is a loft but there are sliding doors that can be used to make the sleeping area private. Date of Stay: 8/21/17 to 8/27/17

This condo is outstanding. There was absolutely nothing we needed not inside or close by. Spotlessly clean and a delight to come back to each day after our outings. Breakfast on the balcony watching the dolphins was a very special treat for us. We would return in a second and very sad we live so far away or would return more often. A huge thank you

My wife and I wanted to leave a review for our amazing stay at Kona Alii 705. Our lodgings were spotlessly clean, every possible need was anticipated and provided for, and the views and location were spectacular. We were hugely impressed by the customer service from your team and our family (us and my wife's parents) were extremely happy during our time spent there. The only drawback (which wasn't a huge deal to us since my wife and her mom are from the islands), was the little critters living under the sink and the cockroach droppings on the stack of trash liners that were there on our arrival. Although the outside appearance of the building was a bit rough, we were very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and all the creature comforts in this condo. First, location is excellent and most popular locations in Kona are within walking distance. Second, it is right on the shoreline, so lots to see. All the amenities in the condo should be enough for any family or group. I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering the Kona area.
