A decent condo, we were lucky to find this last minute. The Master Brdm was huge and a really comfy king bed. The second bdrm king is not great, just two twins made into a king. The hide a bed is ok for a young child, but woudn't be great for adults at all. The condo was well equipped and came with 4 new beach chairs and some other beach equip. The stove in the kitchen was the only poor appliance, it was old was probably due for replacement 10 years ago. Geat location in a good condo complex. Would stay here again. The host company, Kona Coast, was great to deal with.

The easiest 5 star review ever written. Our stay at Country Club Villas 220 beyond exceeded our expectations. The condo is very clean, well-appointed, and much bigger than the pictures appear. Every detail is considered. It is apparent that the owners put a lot of thought and effort into making sure that visitors have everything needed during their stay. From the linens to the kitchen tools and dishes, all are high quality. Our family stayed at Country Club Villas 220 in March 2026 and we were asked to shelter for safety during the Kona low storm. We were fortunate to have plenty of space for our family of four to safely ride out the storm for a few days. We watched movies, took advantage of the puzzles and toys in the closet, and even spent some time on the lanai during quieter parts of the storm. While the weather impacted our visit, calling Country Club Villas 220 home for 9 days was an absolute highlight. We can’t wait to come back!
