Parking was a challenge. Small spaces to share with my suv and neighbors suv. Not enough plugs to set up phones and computers.

The window AC unit needs to be replaced. Clear as day if you look at exterior of unit that is pass its useful life.
We figured out quickly how to pull shades during day time to limit heat gain and set up fans during night time to flush air.
