Every evening was enchanted with a beautiful setting sun. Every night we were lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea.Clean condo with everything you could need in the kitchen. The washer and dryer meant less luggage always a plus for is a quarter mile from Alli Gardens Market place a very nice place to visit.

What a beautiful place- updated kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms, nice living area and fantastic lanai. We spent lots of time out there. We loved being right at the ocean and spent hours watching the waves come in and the fully retracting glass doors gave us the open-air feeling we love in Hawaii. My only complaint would be road noise, but the lovely waves helped drown that out. We would definitely return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful property. It feels secluded, yet it is a very short trip to the Kona shopping district and other destinations. The view is spectacular, and the accommodations are top notch. Kona Coast Vacation Rentals is also very accommodating, and they provide virtually everything you will need in the way of dishes, pans and utensils if you want to cook your own meals to save money. We stocked up at Costco and Walmart on the first day and kept our food costs to a reasonable level. There is also a stackable washer and dryer and Kona Coast includes detergent and dryer sheets. There is no air conditioning (by design), but the ocean breeze helps keep it reasonably comfortable most of the time with the doors and shutters open. Care needs to be exercised when exiting the property onto Ali'i Drive due to limited visibility, especially if people are parked on the street nearby. With all of that said, this is wonderful place to stay.

We enjoyed sitting out in the lanai and having breakfast while watching the waves crashing into the rocks and sometimes even saw dolphins jumping out there in the ocean. It is a short walk to a small beach where we saw turtles everyday. This was our first time renting a vacation home, but we had very good experience. We will stay here again next time we visit the island.

The unit is very nice. The only downside is that there is no AC so the warm nights are a challenge although there are plenty of fans in the rooms. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay there again.
