The kitchen was very spacious and well stocked for us to prepare meals. Everyone loved the bathrooms with the lovely showers with multiple spray heads. The home was very clean, well organized and fully stocked with all the necessities. This home was great for 2 families. We had plenty of space. Our kids enjoyed playing in the pool and discovering the nature around the property. We felt the location was great. A few minutes outside of Kona but a great starting off place to see the rest of the island. It was a very memorable vacation spent at a very beautiful home.

The built in grill had some issues, so before I even arrived they had a very nice grill already there gassed up and ready to go as a replacement. Would have been nice to have the whole house sound system - but I understand the neighborhood has noise rules, and renters can abuse those. The biggest problem we had was lounging around and enjoying the house too much, and not seeing enough of the island!
