Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit was clean. However the silverware all needed washing as it appeared that they had been rinsed and not washed. Dried food residue very noticeable. The teapot showed rust inside and out. The futon couch was not comfortable to sit on. The lanai furniture was great. We saw turtles almost everytime we looked out as well as dolphins. The complex was very quiet. The location is only a short walking distance from the shops and restraunts along Alii drive.

Loved the large lanai and the interior cork floors. Nice easy access to the BBQ & pool area. Some complimentary coffee would be nice for us next time as we arrived very late with no supplies. Thanks for a great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Right on the beach. You could watch surfers, cruise ships, sea turtles and paddle boarders from the deck. The layout of the complex is a little confusing at first but once you learn your way around it is OK. Be sure to get one of the units that faces the ocean. Also, notice that the directions to the property state POINT 5 MILES FROM THE 3 WAY STOP, not 5 miles.
