Parking is tight, but overall the place is great.

This apartment was perfect for our family. There is plenty of room, a fully stocked kitchen, activity closet and all the amenities you can think of. Definitely a well run rental with LOTS of rules but we appreciated all the information. We rented a mini van and had little difficulty parking in the spot. The angle does take some getting used to but it is not impossible to comfortable fit 2 minivans in the 2 parking spots provided. We are looking forward to our next visit to kona and hope we are lucky enough to stay in this same unit.

Great place, easy walk to everything

We were impressed by this condo. First, the condo is huge, our 2 kids loved having their own big bed. The balcony is impressive and we enjoyed eating out and relaxing. The condo is located a few minutes walk from the tourist street. We loved our stay in this condo. The condo was very clean and the pool was the highlight for our children. Thank you very much for your welcome, we have in no way been disappointed.

Completely satisfied with the accommodations for six adults. Clean, fully furnished with everything you will need. Quiet and walking distance to Kailua town. For the price I would come back again
