Condo was great. Very comfortable space within an area one can walk and explore. Not much as far as building amenities go but the condo makes up for cleanliness, comfort level and overall appeal. Great find.

I cannot begin to say enough positive things about the stay at this condo. It was off the charts awesome. The condo is right on Ali'i drive so you are in the heart of Kona. Go right and you can walk to lots of shops, go left and there are so many restaurants to choose from. Absolutely great location. And the views! Being on the 7th floor was great. We have 3 photographers in our group and made the most out of being in this location. Stunning sunsets and views all week. Cannot get too much better than this location. Now let's talk about the condo. Having two masters with private bathrooms was great. The home is beautifully decorated. The furniture is so comfortable. The addition of Apple tv and the awesome sound system was great. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and some dinners in was great. We even loved the toaster! Lots of towels. The A/C was great and kept us cool but we often shut it off and had the large sliding doors open for those great breezes and to hear the ocean. And the beds were so very comfy. Oh, and the waterfall shower upstairs was so relaxing. We had a couple of issues that were resolved the same day. The Kona Coast staff was incredibly accommodating and fixed everything within a couple hours. When we come back to Kona, I want to stay here again. Super rental. Mahalo for an awesome trip.

This condo in Kailua Kona is really beautiful with a fantastic view off the front deck. The kitchen has great knives and anything you could want to cook for yourself plus a new washer and dryer. It has two bedrooms each with a private bath so it’s perfect for two couples. There are restaurants and all kinds of activities to sign up for within steps of the building. My group loved the Thai place next door and rented mopeds from Hang Loose to explore snorkel sights. Definitely recommend.

The pictures of the unit are pretty accurate but, the unit is much better than the pics. When we walked in we could see this was a first class unit, minimum 4 to 5 stars. The owners obviously took great care in decorating and outfitting the unit with everything one could want. First off two bottles of very nice wine, gourmet Kona Coffee, treats, spice gift set as a welcome gift to their beautiful home. Brand new appliances, quality dishes, glasses, cookware, everything one would expect in a 5 star unit. Beautifully equipped furnishings in all rooms with brand new high quality beds, bedding, brand new super soft towels. Almost too much to mention. The location of the unit is right in the heart of Kona, on the main drag, Alii Dr. 7th floor (top floor), next to corner unit and is very private with awesome views of the ocean and town. The binoculars provided were a real Nice touch since it made the viewing of fish from the balcony more exciting. In fact we saw the spinner dolphins playing and swimming with snorkelers not more than 200 yards off shore. A real treat thus inspiring us to use the provided beach supplies (masks, fins snorkels, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, picnic coolers) so we could also swim with the dolphins in Kealakekua Bay. This unit exceeded all our expectations and we would love to come back and stay in this unit again. One of the best units My wife, brother in law , sister in law and I have ever stayed in our 30 years of traveling together. If you want a wounderful experience by all means, rent this unit you will not be dissatisfied.
