Wonderful place in great location - highly recommend and hope to visit again!

My middle son recently moved to the big island so we decided to take a family trip and bring our whole family together. We stayed at the Kahalu'u Beach Villas 303. It was a gorgeous place to stay. We had a great concierge service through the vacation rental and they were easy to contact. The beach was right across the street and perfect for snorkeling. The pool was beautiful and turned into our nightly habit of winding down. We kept the insects at bay by following the directions Kona Coast Vacations provided. The last couple of days we were a little more relaxed and noticed a difference in a few bugs. It was a dream family vacation!

Our family of five had a great week here. Nice pool/hot tub and right across the street from an excellent snorkeling beach.

Our penthouse apartment was fantastic for a family stay. The location is great particlularly for families with young snorkellers which the beach across the road is ideal for. The apartment was immaculate and verrry comfortable. Highly recommeded.

We loved this condo, such a wonderful location, beds were nice, and the central air is a must for us. Close to Kona town, restaurants and shopping.

Who could ever get tired of the view from this property?! Accommodations were very comfortable and exactly as seen in photos. Just a quick walk across the street for some of the best snorkeling, and we saw more there than on the tour we paid for, though access into the water is a bit tricky, as there really isn't any sand to water entry but definitely worth the effort! The unit was very welcoming and comfortable for all five adults in our party. The location was great and a bit off the beaten path but that's what we wanted. Just a note: the school bus stop is directly on the corner below the unit and the kids are quite vocal in the morning! Everything was beautiful and comfortable about our stay. You won't regret booking your stay here unless three flights of stairs pose a problem for you. Just wonderful!
