We stayed in this unit for 10 nights. It is just as beautiful as the photos depict. There are only six units in this condo building and we hardly ever saw the other tenants. The kitchen was the most well-supplied of any rental we have had before. We spent most of our time on the lanai which is oceanfront and has comfortable furniture. The rocky beach out front was fun to explore, but the water is too rough for swimming. The pool was warm and we always had it to ourselves. If there is any downside to this rental, it is the road noise, heard mainly from the master bedroom. The automatic sprinkler also went off at 5:52 every morning, and there are roosters of course. We did have issues with hot water. It is a solar system and the water was hot most every afternoon, but a hot shower in the morning was never had. There is a water heater "booster" which we turned on, but still the water was only warm. This wasn't a big enough deal for us to report it to the management company. The location is good, close to downtown and within a few minutes drive to beaches. The furnishings and artwork in this unit were beautiful. We will keep this one on the list to return to one day! It's location was brilliant, slightly away from downtown Kona,with the sea as your backyard, a sheltered cove which was a haven for sea turles too! This place was so well equipped with every appliance that could need if you want a meal at home, snorkel gear and water shoes, tennis racquets for your use. Two bedrooms with king size beds was perfect for our family of four. I really can't speak highly enough of this place. Amazing value for money. I would recommend this place to all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 couples for a 1 week stay...perfect! First off, as unusual as this may sound, the condo seems bigger than depicted in the photos. The lanai is spectacular & we spent the majority of our free time out there w/the big sliders open. The kitchen has more utensils than we have at home, so you'll be lacking for nothing. The wifi is strong and reaches out to the lanai, we had 4 devices going at once w/slight bandwidth issues, nothing major, just a bit slower. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms a nice size & yes, you can hear the waves at night. The complex back gate gives easy access to the beach & ocean, which feel quite private. The location is perfect, either a 5 minute drive to Kona, or a 5 minute walk to a small bazaar/market to stretch your legs. All rental arrangements went off with out a hitch, and emails were promptly responded to. There was one issue w/the complex itself, but it is out of the owners or rental managements control. All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Reviewer Comments: This condo was exactly as pictured in the advertising, and the ocean views were enchanting: dolphins, sunsets, moonlight on the ocean, and more. The condo furnishings were lovely and the kitchen was the best equipped in our experience. We were well satisfied and comfortable in all respects. If we have a criticism to offer, it's the absence of good marker, such as a lighted sign in front. It's easy to miss the small entrance, especially at night in unfamiliar terrain. A great visit!
