We loved the beach chairs. The only drawback was the office which was never occupied during those 9 days. As I had a fax forwarded to that number I tried for several days to retrieve it, but could never reach somebody. I tried to phone the manager (Mike ?) several times but could only get the mailbox. I talked to the mailbox to have that fax sent to the condos mailbox but never got it.

It was in a great location within walking distance of shops & restaurants; a nice view from the balcony; kitchen was very well-equipped and all other amenities that we needed were included (washer/dryer was especially useful). The only negative comment I could make was that the complex was a little noisy during the day with a lot of renovation work going on in other units. But mornings & evenings were very quiet. Also the unit was a little far from the elevator. Not a problem for us but something to keep in mind. All in all we had a great stay!

It was quiet at night but within easy walking distance to Kailua Kona for dinner, shopping etc. The unit was spacious and very clean. Everything you needed for a holiday at the beach was available, cooler bag, beach chairs and towels. Tourist information was provided. The pool area was excellent. It was wonderful to sit on the lanai eating breakfast or having drinks prior to dinner. We would highly recommend this unit.
