Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a perfect location. It is beautifully decorated and had plenty of towels, etc. The lanai is the absolute best. We read there,ate there, napped there and generally watched the world go by. We love that it is so close to town and could walk to shop, eat and swim in the bay in Kona. We didn't have any kids with us but went to the keiki pond frequently! The only thing that was odd was the kitchen sink set up. We are afraid that the owners might end up with a water mess on their hands if the faucet situation isn't improved. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, including a rice cooker which we use all the time and appreciate that there was a brand new barbeque for us to break in. We didn't want to leave, especially as the surf had come up big time that day and was promising to put on quite a show. We were disappointed that the whales were late this year but that isn't anyone's fault so guess we will just have to come back! Aloha and mahalo for a great vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 7 beautiful days at Vista Oceania in September 2013. We travelled with our 3 year old daughter and two other couples. It was perfect in every way. The home is beautiful and offers spectacular views from anywhere you look. While the images online are impressive, the reality is even more breathtaking. We used the pool every day and direct access to the little beach was priceless. There are only 4 or 5 homes that walk out onto the beach and this is one of them. We are seasoned travelers and I can say with full confidence that you can't go wrong with this beautiful home!

Perfect size for us and the location was so close to the gate which made walking into town easy. The house was in good shape. The only suggestion I would have is that you replace the outside grill which was falling apart on the inside and that you could not light without a lighter and which flared up so badly once that we were afraid to use it afterwards.

After 3 visits, we intend to make this n annual event. The property and location are just spectacular. We don't feel like we need to go anywhere once we arrive. Just sit back and enjoy. This house has a lanai that is just unbelieveable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was great place for 6 adults and 2 toddlers. We loved everything about it, especually the view. However, not having a shower for the second bedroom came as a surprise. We did not get a response to fix the outdoor shower in the pool area, but we used the garden hose instead.. Overall a great place and we would love to go back for sure.
