My friends and I had the most magical stay here. It has everything you need and pictures don’t do justice. Highly recommend this vacation home!!!

Very nice, enjoyed the visit!

This house was absolutely perfect in every way for our first visit to the Big Island. The views and the pool were amazing, and we almost never wanted to leave. The kitchen is fully stocked (and very organized) with everything you ever would need. We also loved the location - only 5 minute drive to town, 20 minute drive to the airport, and close to many other attractions on the island. The management company, Kona Coast Vacations, were very helpful and accommodating.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. The rooms were spacious, the house was immaculate, and all the furnishings were comfortable. Air conditioning was available, but we only used it for an hour once or twice during our week-long stay - the breezes through the many windows kept the house very comfortable. We were three adults and two kids (ages 8 and 11), and everyone had plenty of space and comfy beds. The master suite (with its own entry to the lanai) was wonderful! The kitchen was stocked with tons of supplies, and of course we spent most of our time on the lanai enjoying the pool and the views. The only thing we would improve would be the outdoor grill - it needs replacing. Everything else was definitely 5+ stars, and I'd love to book here again on our returning trips to Kona. The folks at KonaCoast Vacations provided a concierge service and checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying the house during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay in this beautiful home. It has been well maintained and was spotless, and we had no issues during our stay beyond some minor issues lighting the bbq. The infinity pool is unheated, but was warm enough to be pleasant even in March. The neighborhood is quiet with good walking, with a decent walking and cycling route out the bottom of the neighborhood to get to Alii Drive. Our adult children appreciated having their own bedrooms and bathrooms, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is spacious, and we enjoyed family meals on the lanai with lots fresh fish on the bbq. We plan to return for another relaxing stay!

The initial impression of the property and home was an exquisite home with an amazing view. As we drove into the neighborhood you could begin to see the view offered and once at the home it was even greater. This was our third stay on the big island and we would stay at Akoa Place again. We had two issues during our stay that were quickly taken care of by Kona Coast Vacations. They were very accommodating which made for another pleasant experience. The home is as beautiful as the pictures represent but the views from the lanai and pool are even better. We did not miss a sunset if we were at the home. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location to get to Ali’i by foot or drive down to Lava Java. Overall the home was more than we could have wanted and KCV did a great job! Would recommend both the home and KCV for anyone visiting the big island!!
