Very clean, well equipped, great location - close to everything but not in the hustle. The lanai space was amazing! Staff was prompt with communication and very helpful. Will absolutely stay here again. Word of advice - parking spots in the garage are *tight.* We had a mid-size SUV and I don't think we could have parked bigger (wider).

Everything was perfect. The only thing i didnt like was the location of parking spot. Had mini van and it was tough to fit in spot. Otherwise i would definitely stay there again. Well worth the money. Close to everything

We absolutely loved this condo and location. With the 2 bedrooms and 3 FULL baths, it made getting ready for the evening go much faster!! The location is just off of Ali'l Drive and only a short walk to the Royal Kona Resort for the luau which was fantastic!! And from the Royal Kona it's only a couple of minutes walk to the rest of the restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this condo and location!! Rob Tracy

Great space, what we needed, close to downtown, nice beds and lanai. The pool is nice too. There was a maintenence issue and they took care of it promptly. Would stay again

Quick walk to downtown and many outdoor dining activities. Highly recommend Hugo’s and On the Rocks. Unit was very well equipped for cooking and quite comfortable.

Great, clean property. Comes with plenty of amenities. Lovely spot for a chill vacation
