We came here 3 years ago and loved the island. We stayed here and loved the property. So we came back again and fell in love over again! The stay was awesome and our vacation even better! I would recommend staying here to everyone! It is the BEST!!!

My husband and I and another couple spent a wonderful week at the Kona Alii condos in unit 705. It was absolutely perfect! Very clean and spacious in a perfect location on Alii drive. We loved spending time on the lanai watching the turtles and spinner dolphins and then the amazing sunsets! It’s also very convenient to great gift shops and many restaurants, our favorite was Bongo Ben’s!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! We enjoyed ourselves immensely! Very clean, amazing views from the lanai and superb location on Ali’i drive! Directions from the owner were spot on, and I highly recommend you follow them explicitly! Coming in at 9:00 pm was a challenge but following the directions made it easier! Very close to the airport which also made the location great! Pool is clean and very nice, they have grills available although we didn’t cook! The place overall is well equipped and decorated with designer touches! A bonus for me was the in house stereo system and the rain shower in the upstairs bathroom! I would stay here again in a heartbeat hope you choose this condo you won’t be disappointed!

705 Alii Drive is a fantastic condo- its an ideal location to explore Kona- close to so many fantastic restaurants. The condo is very nice for two couples- AC works great- front patio provides gorgeous views- I highly recommend!

Easy to get this condo from airport. You will have everything within walking distance. You can enjoy beautiful sunset from balcony, sunrise from lanai upstairs. Everything we need was equipped.Mahalo!

This property has everything you need. Tastefully decorated, well appointed, and with a great entertainment sound system in every room. The view and the sound of the surf puts you in nature, yet you are steps from the top restaurants and shops of Kona. Very clean and well stocked, it's five star all the way.
