One thing I would do is and sand near the wall, that has nothing to do with the room. Only one thing the room needs is a new coffee pot. Other then that GREAT ROOM.

What's the use of a dishwasher if you have to take everything out and wash them by hand because there wasn't enough dishes and cutlery for the next meal -- and there was only two of us.

The grounds were extremely well kept, I used the fresh water pool, this pool was the clearest pool I think I have ever seen. Kona Coast is located about two miles from town, it is, also, close to Walmart, Safeway and Costco. We have been to Hawaii four times, this was my best experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was comfortable and a welcome site after circumnavigating the "Big Island" (twice). It is situated just north of downtown Kona and convenient to any route you wish to take. Within walking distance of many white sand beaches and a market place. The only issues we had were with the Wi-Fi. It never worked but we were give the passcode on another near-by Wi-Fi or we used one that as open. There was also a little problem with small ants but only minor. The amenities were nice and the sunsets amazing. Overall, it was a great experience and one I will repeat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second stay at this property and while it's still a marvelous place it's beginning to show signs of wear. Bedspreads are threadbare and formerly nonstick pans really need replacing. A couple of light bulbs were burned out. The fanlight in the luau only worked sporadically. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to return.
