We picked this property for its proximity to the beach and to the Marriott where our friends were staying. It was a great choice! The condo was just as pictured. Well appointed with beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and boogie board. Some of the furniture and the fixtures were a little on the worn side but we would definitely stay there again. The property managers and cleaning people were super responsive and flexible with us which we really appreciated.

The booking process was easy and the communication from the management company from the time of booking through check out was excellent. The condo was very clean, the furniture comfortable, kitchen very well equipped with everything you need. What we probably enjoyed the most though was the lanai-it’s very large and we even used the BBQ! Short walk to the pool and beautiful white sand beach. The complex is also very well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

The condo is in a great location with a short walk to the beach, pool, and the King's Shops. The area is quiet and the condo was beautiful inside. Would definitely stay again.
