We had a great time in this unit. Plenty of space, functional kitchen, great view from the lanai. Pool is lovely. Barbecue was plenty big for cooking dinner. Only small negatives are that the laundry/dryer are loud (better to use during afternoon while away then at bedtime), and third floor makes for plenty of stair climbing (though we knew this in advance). Location across the street from Kahaluu bay is perfect, not too far from grocery & shopping, but also far enough away from Kona town center to not have to deal with that crowdedness.

The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay at this property again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The location and view was amazing. The master bed was a little painful for us but if you like a soft bed you are set. We wished there were a few more spices to cook with as we did eat in a few times. Overall though it was wonderful and we would stay there again.

Perfect location, very well priced. Outstanding style and comfort. Pack light, because there is no elevator, hehe! Just a wonderful stay and plan on staying again as often as possible.

We loved our stay at this property. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals and wash our cloths. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out. Our favorite spot was sitting on the balcony sipping our morning coffee. The location was great. The beach across the street was perfect for snorkeling and surfing. The was a drug store and grocery store less than 5 minutes from the condo. The air conditioning working great, although we only used it to cool the condo at night. Since the condo is on a busy road, keeping the windows open was not an option for us. The management company Kona Vacations was fabulous to work with. They were responsive to any needs we had. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

Great location. Snorkeling across the street was beautiful. Coffee on the lanai
