A really special place, perfect for an extended family vacation in paradise.

Pool and backyard amenities were amazing. Better than being beachside, and the view was incredible. All bedrooms clean and cool and large with individual bathrooms is great for a large group. Kitchen well equipped, even for a larger group. Good proximity to grocery store/strip mall with everything you need. Exceeded our expectations.

Our family has very high standards when it comes to international travel and the home at GMH at Keauhou Estates 9 delivered on all accounts. All instructions sent prior to our arrival were spot on and all arrangements were made to make our arrival seamless - we were on vacation after all, so things should be easy and they were. The house, the estate and general area was beautiful and everybody we met was very friendly and eager to make us feel welcome. We had a minor issue with the pool during our stay. We alerted Kona Coast Vacations and the issue was addressed the very next day (on a Saturday)

KCV and the condos they serve are the tops. Private, yet convenient to great restaurants, shops, and points-of-interest. Great view (from GMH at Keauhou Estates #9), clean, and the house needed NOTHING! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
