The back yard covers a half acre of flat manicured lawn that is very private. You might find yourself struggling to leave the lanai because it's just so peaceful. Everything in the house is in like new condition and the owners have kept it equipped with literally every amenity, right down to beach chairs, snorkeling gear and igloo coolers for day trips. The kitchen is fully stocked and the BBQ has extra propane tank. Just arrive with clothes to wear. Everything else has been thought of for you. Air Conditioning is a huge plus during the summer months. Pool is warm and spa runs automatically everyday at 5:00.
