Kudos to Kona Coast Vacations - they we very quick to respond to our minor maintenance issues.(coffee maker, it was replaced same day) We found and borrowed beach mats and boogie boards, so many beaches so little time. We also logged many hours relaxing poolside and hot tubbing. We watched the prettiest sunsets at the large outdoor dining table where we ate most of our supper meals, making good use of the large BBQ. We would recommend this beautiful well equipped, well maintained home to anyone!

The house was very clean and tidy on arrival and the bedroom configuration suited us perfectly - and all the beds were declared very comfortable. Most of the house opened out to the pool area and the wonderful views out to sea. We enjoyed the pool and spa pool, and there was ample outdoor furniture in two areas to seat us all. The kitchen layout meant that three of us could be preparing meals at the same time and was supplied with everything we needed and more. Although the location was out of the central Kona-Kailua area, this was offset by the cooler temperatures, great views and that it was only a quick 10-minute run to the village or harbour. We had a great time at Heavens and can recommend this house to a family or group of friends.

The yard was well looked after. the young lady that cleaned the pool was delightful,and the young man that looked after the yard was very pleasant.We did not need any help from manager after we arrived in Kona.The customer service was not very good.After we booked and payed our first deposit we had some issues no one really wanted to talk to us,they just emailed us.
