Beautiful suite. Lots of openings didn't need air condo. Beautiful view.Quiet location.Suggestion for improvement is replace rusty knives and ensure lights are on upon arrival. Remote fan/light controls are challenging to set.

It is a great location and the outdoor lanai is large and very relaxing with a great view. This rental is secured with a push button lock coding system rather than a key, which is extremely convenient, in my opinion. My only complaint would be our checkout time was 11:00 but the lock code was set to a timer that must have been set at 10:58. I was thankful one of us was still in the house as you had to make a few trips up and down the stairs to get all your belongings to the car. If it would have locked us out that would have been a real bummer. My suggestion would be to set the lock code to expire at 11:05 or 11:10. No reason to set it for earlier than the 11:00 check out time.

Easy starting point for any adventure around at the island... Or just great to hang out with surfing and snorkeling across the street. The space itself was outstanding. Clean, spacious and comfortable. We've staying at many places and often found the pictures painted a more favorable impression of the place than it deserved. That was not true with this penthouse unit. It was as good or better than the pictures. It recently had AC added but we only used it sporadically. The openness, ocean breeze and ceiling fans made for a very comfortable unit. It did take some effort to master the ceiling fan remotes. We only needed to contact the property management one time for BBQ propane. Our one request was taken care of very quickly. I highly recommend this unit for anyone who enjoys beautiful sunsets, easy access to the water, comfortable accommodations and great location. I've already recommended this property to friends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was great, lots of space and a great lanai. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed, almost like home. The walk in showers were awesome. I don't like tubs in rentals as many do not provide no slip mats, so this was great. Lots fans to provide cooling along with the air conditioners. We only had 2 issues with the unit. The kitchen has very tall cupboards but I could not locate a step stool to reach the top shelves, which is were the wine glasses were, so tumblers it was. I would not want to use the kitchen chair as a stool as this can be dangerous as well as possibly damaging the chairs. Also, the kitchen cupboards do not have handles on them or grooves to open the door. This is hard if you have arthritis in your fingers. But again, we made do for the time we were there.
