My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely unit at the Fairway Villas at the Waikoloa Resort. This condo is comfortably & tastefully appointed and decorated. We very much appreciated the welcoming feel we experienced as guests, with basic toiletries provided, as well as a plethora of kitchen amenities & plenty of towels. In addition, we were very grateful for the opportunity to have had use of the beach gear, such as the umbrella, beach chairs and coolers that were available. This condominium was very clean & quiet, and we always felt completely safe & welcomed in the complex. The pool area was nice, and we enjoyed the walking proximity to the King's & Queen's shops, as well as the easy driving proximity to "A" Bay/Beach & Hapuna Beach. This condo was a fantastic "home base" for us on the Big Island, and we highly recommend it to any future guests giving it consideration!

Darin's condo was great for our big island holiday. There was lots of room for our family of four -- the loft meant that our teens both got their own rooms. The condo was bright, modern, clean and comfortable. Waikoloa is a good base for exploring all the beaches north of Kona. While the island seemed packed for xmas holiday time, the condo development was a nice oasis from the crowds. Nice pool, the bbq area was a great spot with good facilities. It's a close walk to the Kings and Queens shops, a long walk or very short drive to the A-Bay beach. Thanks to Darin for providing lawn chairs, boogie boards and coolers. They were handy for the beach trips. The condo exceeded our expectations, and we thought it was great value compared to others we looked at. The area was very quiet at night. Staying on a golf course means that the mowers go by in the morning, but we didn't notice them after a day or two. All-in-all, highly recommended.

The unit was spotless upon our arrival. Everything was provided as listed plus some bonus boogie boards and beach chairs. I have stayed at 3 other units on this property and by far this is the best. The property manager Darin was first class and awesome to deal with. Mahalo nui loa, Bruce
