This was out first vacation since the start of COVID. Checkin was seamless and property manager was always responsive and suggested many vacation activities. The property worked well for our family of 5 adults - had everything we needed for the house - all appliances (high end on he major ones), house supplies for kitchen, laundry and cleaning. Only downside was one adult had to sleep on the pullout couch - and as with most pullouts it was not comfortable after a few nights (probably would be fine for children). Lanai was very useful with view of ocean and afternoon sun. This was our first time in the Waikoloa area - and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your property with us. Mahalo!

It was a very short trip to the pool and the walking path to the Hilton. The property was very clean and comfortable. The bedroom was dark and cool. There were a lot of board games and some beach supplies. I loved sitting on the lanai and looking out to the water.

We really enjoyed this property. Its proximity to the pool was very convenient. Lots of nearby shopping and restaurants made it very easy to take care of our needs. Superb grounds landscaping views and access to other parts Of the western side of the big Island. We will definitely come back to this property. Thanks for the great place to stay! We think this unit is in the top tier in Hali Kai because of its location. The view of the ocean is perfect from the lanai. The unit is clean and well equipped (kitchen supplies, toiletries, etc to tide you over for first few days). The management company is responsive and communicative before the stay so that we are prepared. Even though the emails prior to the stay stated that bath towels are not provided, there were bath towels so no need to pack. I believe this unit will spoil us from now on. My only one minor feedback is that the knives are properly due for sharpening (just looking for room of improvement to suggest). This unit will spoil us from now on.

Vicinity to pool is perfect. I will pick this place every time I come.

This unit is in a perfect location near the pool and restaurant. It has a very well-stocked kitchen - everything a home chef could want. The furniture is really nice yet comfortable. The decor is perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio every day and evening. We would definitely stay in this unit again.
