Amazing stay! Perfect fit for all 6 of us on our family vacation. The details and photos are surprisingly accurate! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quite reprieve from the busy world we live in. Minutes from shopping and beaches! Gorgeous pool facility! One of the best properties I’ve stayed at in Kona.

This property was the perfect place for my family of 5 to stay! It was spacious, well organized, beautifully decorated, and we loved the ocean views. We will definitely stay here again.

Great. Would like to say that it would be nice for more than one key to be available for six adults to get in and out of pool.

The house was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed & more, from beach chairs to pkitchen appliances. Love that the master bedroom had all white linens as dark colors linens at a hotel or ren6is a pet peeve of mine. My younger daughter enjoyed the pool in the evenings & my adult daughter enjoyed the gym. We all had a lovely vacation. The only complaint the kids had was that there was no TV in there room.

I travel and stay in vacation rentals all over the world, and I can truly say that I have not stayed with a better manager. Right from the first communication, they were exceptionally organized and professional. They were also very responsive to our questions and seemed interested in insuring that we had an exceptional time. The home we rented was impeccable, both in the furnishings and supplies, but also in terms of cleanliness and quality. We are already contemplating another stay and have told several friends about Kona Coast Vacations. Mahalo!

We stayed here during the pandemic in December 2020. The property was perfect for us. A bedroom downstairs for the teens and a bedroom upstairs for the parents, plus a third bedroom we used for zoom calls. The kitchen was amazing with everything we could possibly need. Actually the whole place has everything and it's like the place is brand new. The location is quiet. The only downside is it's fairly far south from town, but the shopping center / KTA is a minute away and a beach and snorkeling spot are a few minutes back up Ali'i. Our few queries to the property managers we answered in a quick and friendly manner. Would stay here again. Fabulous place!
