Great condo for our family with adult children. Lots of room and privacy. The owners provide everything you need including beach chairs, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. The condo is in a convenient location. We loved it! Hope to come back!

Came to Hawaii for our daughters wedding with our family and had a wonderful stay at this condo. What you see in the pictures is accurate. The view was amazing and the lanai was great for breakfast and peaceful. Had one small incident but manager and owner resolved the matter professionally. Would stay again when we return to visit.

Our stay in unit 318 was awesome! Beautifully furnished and supplied with everything you could possibly hope for! Please note; maximum occupancy is 6. If your party is 3 couples, or 2 to a bed, you’re good to go. Do not depend on the advertised roll away bed, sufficient for small children only. Everything else was perfect!! Lovely view, quiet golf course location, easy walking distance to a well supplied shopping center. We bought way too much food at Costco and Walmart, but no one went hungry! We used the beautiful kitchen like it was our own. Ate out only three times; The Coffee Shack, Shaka Tacos, both a short drive south; and The Lava Lava Club, north to Waikoloa. There are a couple of beaches a short drive away, one perfect for snorkeling, the other for swimming. We highly recommend this unit and will look forward to renting it in the future. Wow can’t say enough good things about this place. Beautifully updated. Perfect sunsets every nite on the lanai. They had every possible kitchen utensil, beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels.
There was nothing that it lacked. Very comfortable nice furniture. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again

Trust me, if you rent this unit, you won't be disappointed! Everything from the upgraded appliances to the spaciousness of the rooms, including bathrooms. This host provided everything you will need for a day at the beach, including towels, snorkel gear, a small cooler and an umbrella. I'm sure they could have helped us with planning excursions but our daughter and son-in-law live in Honolulu, and have been to the Big Island several times, so they planned our days. I can't say enough about the condo and the island. It met and exceeded our expectations!!

We are a family of four and we stayed in this condo for a week this July.
When we arrived we were so impressed with the cleanliness, size, and everything was there to make it a home from home.
The sea view from the Lana’i was beautiful, and an added bonus was each evening if you are around you can watch the sunset whilst having your dinner.
The location was perfect for accessing everything we wanted to do on the island, 5 mins from the lively Kailua Kona, and 30 mins from a host of amazing beaches.
The setting for the Condo was perfect, very quiet at night, 3 pools to cool off in after a busy day!
So overall I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, cannot fault it.
