Property was a pretty standard 1 bedroom condo close-in to main Kailua-Kona tourist district. This condo had a nice straight-on ocean view, and the property has good standard amenities on site (e.g. pool and grills). The broader Sea Village property is operated by a mix of different management companies, with some of the units being individually owned and some owned by a timeshare company. This particular unit has an individual owner, but the various management companies made it a bit confusing to know where to go for maintenance requests. The unit itself had functional amenities throughout, although maybe a bit simpler than some other units (e.g. chairs vs. loungers on the lanai; no TV in the bedroom - not things that mattered a whole lot, considering that we were in Hawaii!)

Our stay in Sea Village Unit 3311 was OUTSTANDING. The view was amazing. The unit was very clean, and the public areas all are well maintained and cleaned daily. We hopefully will be back in two years and will start by looking/booking thru Kona Coast Vacations. Everything promised was keep and exceeded our expectations.

I would not hesitate to rent this place again. The views over the pool out to the water are fantastic. Can even catch the sunset from Lanai if you squeeze towards the poolside railing. Can hear waves crashing below, nice to hear at night. Be aware that is is right above the pool area, so you get to enjoy all the sounds of the folks in the pool all day long - not a big deal for us, but may be for some. Also, the pull out sofa was kinda skimpy, could easily be improved with a mattress topper. Again, nice property, great views, and would use again.

This was a wonderful find, we were extremely happy with choosing to stay here! The view was be pretty hard to beat! And having Green Flash Coffee on site was a life-saver the first morning after arrival. Mahalo!

Very clean with amazing ocean view right off the lanai. No a/c which I saw prior to booking but plenty of fans for comfort. Great kitchen with ample dishes, appliances, etc. Location was also very nice. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I return to Kona.
