Sehr gute Lage, die Stadt Kona ist nur 4 Minuten entfernt und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen bzw Trinken gehen.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt, dies bedeutet jedoch auch gelegentlich lauten Lärm am Vormittag wie zb Rasenmähen.
Eine wichtige Information ist, dass Cona coast dieses Apartment lediglich verwaltet, aber nicht dessen Eigentümer ist. In schwierigen Fällen bedeutet dies eine Kommunikation mit drei Parteien, welche dementsprechend schwierig sein kann. Es ist auch niemand persönlich vor Ort anwesend, die Kommunikation erfolgt über Email.
Ein weiterer Tipp ist sich die Vereinbarung gut durchzulesen, Post sollte man etwa nicht ans Apartment schicken lassen sondern nur an das office von Cona Coast. In meinem Fall war Cona Coast allerdings äußerst entgegenkommend und hat versucht mir in jeder Weise behilflich sein.
Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft, die ich empfehlen kann.

What a great place to stay! The condo had all we needed and more. We spent time every day on the lounge chairs by the water, and several days at the pool. We used the bbq one night and it was great. Our own parking spot and AC was very nice too! Kona and west Hawaii is beautiful and we will be back!

This is a pleasant little unit in an older, well-maintained complex. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need as far as the kitchen, towels, bedding, cleaning supplies, board games etc. (Almost comically so- we didn't get the chance to make waffles or roast a turkey but we could have!) Nice cross-draft during the day (plus ample ceiling fans) and AC to cool it down at night. Pretty ocean view from the patio, which we enjoyed taking our meals on. Unit was clean and in good shape, nothing fancy but an excellent value for the price.
Location is great, central Kona location but just outside of the main Alii drive craziness.
Our hosts were communicative, we had all the info we needed, and check-in was a breeze.
The complex seemed really well looked-after. They were painting one wing while we were there, plus there was landscaping going on, so it got a little noisy during the day, but, well, that's stuff that needs to get done. Work was done at reasonable hours. Pool was pretty small but looked pristine. Nice shoreline area for relaxation.
All in all: value, comfort, location, amenities! Would return without hesitation.
