It was a perfect location overlooking the beach. The management was very thorough with their communication and the concierge was very helpful in booking activities. We loved eating breakfast on the patio every morning!

Terrific place, for a larger group. 5 members of our family and had great space. We certainly appreciated the great view and convenience of the beach across the street. Plenty of amenities, large patio, well stocked kitchen, bathrooms stocked and good size, plus use of beach towels and some beach equipment. Quiet and convenient to so much. Great walking area!

Great location

Excellent property - comfortable, well-appointed kitchen, great A/C, super convenient location. Bedroom and bath layout was perfect for our family. We rented surfboards one block away and the teens were up at sunrise EVERY morning surfing. Safe beach and we could watch surfers from the lanai. Bike rental kiosk steps from condo. Rode to Kona. Great mexican, pizza, and thai take out in Keauhou shopping center, less than 1 mile away. Easy and plenty of parking at condo. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property - check in was convenient; amenities were as expected and the pool with adjacent BBQ was perfect - the pool was always empty so it felt like our own private space. The road noise from Alii drive was louder than expected which made use of patio and keeping windows open at night challenging. Can't beat having snorkeling and the beach one block away.
