Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Vista Oceania was nothing less than amazing. Kona is a WONDERFUL home base for exploring the Big Island and Kona Bay Estates was a lovely, private community. The house was simply amazing. Our favorite area was a huge lanai with dining table and lounge chairs - we sat here for hours and ate our dinners overlooking the surf! The pictures are just as you see it and represent the beautiful house well. The kitchen was great!! I love to cook and it was fully stocked. The Master Bedroom was also wonderful with its own lanai. The best part, though, was how the owners thought of absolutely everything you might need during your stay. Sunscreens and aloe, bug spray, beach towels, a stroller and portable crib, pool toys, beach toys, a cooler, snorkel stuff - I mean EVERYTHING! We loved the little lizard friends that would visit us on the lanai and we LOVED the pool and hot tub! We could even see the 4th of July fireworks from the master suite lanai! We would highly recommend Vista Oceania for anyone wanting to visit the Big Island!!

A couple of kitchen appliances needed updating and there is only two and a half bath vs the 3 that is advertised. Overall, we were very pleased and would recommend the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was VERY special to have all the beach toys, water shoes, crib and baby gear. With 3 grandkids we made good use of all of that. I only wish I had known before we left Seattle. I had asked the concierge, but she did not know there was a crib on site. Many Thanks for a superb holiday!

Had a mini family reunion with 15 family members. Some stayed at this house others had a house on Alli Dr. Had family BBQ at our place and enjoyed the beach, the tide pools and just relaxed on the lanai. Truly a wonderful vacation.
